After surviving legal threats, John Well’s Adam Jones, formerly attempted to be titled “Chef”, will now be called “Burnt.” This poster is now up for immediate revisions – and here posted for posterity as a possible “collector’s item.”

The film is described, “a chef who had it all and lost it.” Apparently, he needs the help of f̶o̶r̶m̶e̶r̶ ̶c̶o̶-̶a̶c̶t̶o̶r̶  another chef, Sienna Miller, to earn that elusive third Michelin star for his restaurant. The Weinstein Company-distributed comedy originated from being  “a project previously attached to David Fincher” to “a project offered to and dropped by Derek Cianfrance” and finally to the more appropriate “An Untitled John Wells Project.”

A̶d̶a̶m̶ ̶J̶o̶n̶e̶s̶   Burnt will be shown first in France in September 2015, before it gets the October 23 US wide-release. No, Bradley Cooper did not want to echo Catherine Zeta Jones’ character in No Reservations.
